Resume:

Wang Zheng, Ph. D., doctoral supervisor, is currently the leader of the research group on characterization and application of material spectroscopy components at the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Institute of Silicate. He has been responsible for major projects in the development of instruments by the Ministry of Science and Technology, National Natural Science Youth and General Fund, Chinese Academy of Sciences Instrument Development Project, Chinese Academy of Sciences Instrument Equipment Function Development Technology Innovation Project, and Shanghai Science and Technology Commission Fund. He has published over 100 papers in academic journals both domestically and internationally, Chem Eng. J., Anal. Chem, J. Anal At. Spectrum, Spectrachim Acta Part B, Anal Chim Acta and others and served as an editorial board member in international journals such as “Atomic Spectroscopy”, “Chinese Chemical Letters”, and “Spectroscopy and Spectral Analysis”. He has 2 academic monographs, 3 national standards, 5 industry standards, more than 10 enterprise standards, 17 domestic invention patents and 1 international patent have been authorized. He has received the Science and Technology Award from the China Association for Analysis and Testing twice in 2010 and 2018 (both ranked first). Currently he is serving as the 10th Director of the Analytical Instrument Branch of the Chinese Society for Instrumentation and Meters, Vice Chairman of the Applied Atomic Spectroscopy Professional Committee of the Inspection and Testing Equipment Branch of the Chinese Association for Quality Inspection, member of the Spectral Instrument Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Instrumentation and Meters, member of the Atomic Spectroscopy Professional Committee, and member of the Ion Chromatography Professional Committee Member of the Expert Committee of the Online Analytical Instrument Branch of the China Instrument and Meter Industry Association, and member of the Rare Earth Biomedical Professional Committee of the China Rare Earth Society.
