Dr. Mingsheng Ma is currently a Full Professor at the SICCAS. He is serving as vice Lab Supervisors for Passive Integrated Devices and Materials Lab. He was selected as the member of Youth Innovation Promotion Association of CAS (2017) and outstanding member (2021), and Shanghai Rising-Star Program (2020). He has authored or co-authored 46 journal and conference papers. He holds 23 China patents, and some of them have been licensed to industries. Dr. Ma is a senior member of China Instrument and Control Society. He is serving as Youth Editor for Journal of inorganic materials, Journal of Advanced Dielectrics, and Instrumentation.
