Resume:

Dr. Dongzhou Ding graduated in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree from the school of inorganic nonmetallic materials, Tianjin University, and obtained his master’s and PhD degrees on materials science in Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, CAS. Currently, he serves as the team leader and research scientist in rare earth oxide scintillation crystals laboratory in Shanghai Institute of Ceramics. His research interests include structure-activity relationship of scintillation crystals with rare earth oxide components, energy transfer processes and defects in them, and also their engineering.
