The group carries out researches on electrical properties related physics of functional ceramics materials and devices, aiming to the high technological application for energy, communication and informational technique fields.
There are 7 staffs in the group, including 2 professors, 2 associate professors, 1 assistant professor, 1 senior engineer and 1 engineer. The group leaders are Professor Guorong Li and Professor Qingrui Yin. There are 10 postgraduate students in the group.
The group has undertaken 13 national/government/enterprise research projects, including 2 national “863” projects, 1 national “973” project, 4 NSFC projects etc.
