As a staff member from national team of scientific research, we need to build up correct value of sciences, rectify scientific attitude, and scrupulously abide by scientific morality and ethnics. As quoted in the speech by Premier Wen on 2007 National Science-Technology Prize Awarding Ceremony: Science is a hypostatic system, which does not tolerate any false and pretension and requires honesty and modesty. The most precious characters for scientists shall include attic faith, persistent pursuit, and surefooted attitude. Spirits of indifference to fame and gain, bearing loneliness and hardworking shall be prevailing in the academic circle.
