The Eagle-III Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer
This spectrometer is used to determine the element content by quantitative and semiquantitative method. At present, in our laboratory, it mainly used to appraise the ancient ceramics by its chemical compositions.

the accuracy of 2θ is 0.0025’’, the repeatability of 2θ is 0.0001’’, scanning velocity of 2θ is 0.0001-2°/s and optional. |
The sample acquirement: Max. Height and Max. Width is all 330mm.

The thermal dilatometer
The thermal dilatometer is used to determine the sample’s movement during heat processing and supply the c-DTA calculated function. The firing temperature, linearity movement, expansion factor, softening point and so on all can study by this dilatometer.
