Different kinds of functional films can be fabricated by PVD systems such as Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) system, Magnetron Sputtering system et.al. Optical and Electrical Properties of Materials can be modulated by growing high-quality films, which is also necessary for making high-performance devices. We also focus on high quality epitaxial heterostructures growth and thin film characterization capabilities.
